Quotes and payment
Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may change as project scope is finalized. Build fees and recurring hosting/care fees are described in your agreement. Recurring services continue until cancelled in accordance with your agreement.
Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content you provide remains yours, and you own the leads generated through your site. Underlying code, templates, and tools developed by Prolific Sites — including hosting infrastructure and the AI assistant platform — remain the property of Prolific Sites and are provided to you as a service.
